How does this work?

Your athletes/members will enter 10-20 contacts in our custom team supported website. We will design, print, personalize and mail out all letters to friends and family. Potential supports can donate via check or credit cards via custom online team donation page.

What kind of revenue can our Team make?

Example: 25 athletes would raise about $5,000 - $7,000 and they would keep 75% or more. The more athletes you have the bigger your potential is for more revenue raised. Any size team can earn 75% or more.

What is the Cost?

Zero upfront costs and zero risk! Our fee is capped based on the number of pieces we mail out for your team. We take care of all of the design work, print, stamps and mail out all of the greeting cards.

How soon can we get started?

ASAP. Fill out the sign up sheet and we will contact you immediately to get you started. There are some things we will need to start the design process such as Team logo, coach's pic, colors, mascot info and etc. We can have your custom team supported website up in 48 hours so your athletes can enter their contacts. We usually allow 7-10 days for the athletes/parents to input all of their contacts. After all the athletes/parents have inputted the contacts the mailer will go out within 5 days after coaches approval of the design.

How will I know if my athletes/parents entered contacts?

Every coach will have a report that shows them who has entered contacts how many contacts they have entered into the system. Each coach will have access to this information on a daily basis.

What if we don't have any donations or raise only a little?

No problem. If you don't raise anything then your team doesn’t owe us anything. We incur all the risk. If your team raises a small amount let’s say $1,200 then it's a 50/50 split. Your team will earn $600.00.

How do I track my campaign?

Every coach will have a back office specifically for their respected team that will show credit card donations in real time. Each coach will need to enter checks they receive from supporters and this will automatically add to the total donations along with all the credit card donations.

If I fill out the Sign Up Form am I under contract?

No. The sign up form is not a contract and you have no obligation to run the program.

If I need the Athletic Director or Booster Clubs approval should I fill out the Sign Up Form?

Yes, This will allow you to reserve your spot for the fundraiser but you are not obligated to run the program and can cancel anytime.

What if I don't have 100% participation?

That's ok even though we encourage it to maximize your efforts. We understand that some members of your team might not participate. The great thing is we print the exact amount that you need based on the all of the data that we gather from your athletes/ parents.

How many Names and Address should we enter?

We encourage all athletes/parents to enter 15 addresses. Every athlete/parent will be able to enter 10-20 names and addresses because some athletes/parents might only enter 10 and others might enter 20.
